1st service call with my brand new truck My brand new ford f-150 quit on me when I got to work. I called ford service and they came within 1 hour to pick the vehicle up and bring it over to m My brand new ford f-150 quit on me when I got to work. I called ford service and they came within 1 hour to pick the vehicle up and bring it over to metro ford. I was a little angry in that the vehicle only had 2300 miles on the odomiter but some times things happen. I was able to go to the dealership on monday (this happened on saturday) after work and they were nice enough to give me a loner to drive. The service manager Troy called me a couple of times during the week to keep me updated on what was happening.The following week he informed me that they exhauted all ideas on what could be wrong in that the vehicle still would not start and they felt that the computer just quit. They had to do all this at fords request in that I guess that they just can't replace such an expensive item without ford's approval first I guess my big concern is will this happen again? The dealership was excellent in doing the work and keeping me in the loop but I am not so confident with this vehicle any longer and am afraid to take it on a trip. So far since I have gotten the vehicle back, it has run fine, but it is still in the back of my mind . Tough nut to swallow this early in the vehicle's life. More
The techs go beyond the regular service. I originally went there to get an oil change.Then,the service advisor came out and said that it needed plugs.I agreed to it and had it done. What anointed me was that I just bought the car in March.I had the car not even 2 months.My question is ,why wasn’t it checked out before somebody bought the car?Should’nt that been covered through warranty? Yes,the car runs great and I love the car.I didn’t expect I would have to pay $208. and a free oil change. More

Because of their hard work and willingness to work for the deal I wanted, I was willing to compromise from my end as well, and will certainly return for my next vehicle and will again (have in the past) recommend their services to friends and family. Some of the worst customer service ever Visited the dealership on a Sunday to purchase a car online. Salesman was excellent. Everyone else had absolutely no interest in helping me whatsoever. No help at all with arranging financing. Given excuse was “you fell through the cracks as the girl who handles financing was unexpectedly hospitalized, and everything was locked in her office where no one was allowed to enter.” After threatening to cancel sale, got very minimal assistance. It was a good price on the used car I wanted. So if price is your number one priority this may be your place. But if you are expecting excellent customer service as well, go elsewhere. More
