They claimed they couldn't replicate the issue I described but yet it began again as soon as I drove out of dealership. Very apparent they either ignored my complaints altogether or the technician either failed to test drive the vehicle or is just plain incompetent. Climate blower intermittently turns on to highest setting without touching it. Have to manually turn it down as touch screen won't let me change it. A quick Google search finds that this is a fairly common problem in Ford models around 2012. I was surprised that customer service rep and technician didn't know that. Problem started again as soon as I drove out of dealership and occurs numerous times during my daily use of car. Will now find another dealer to take it to for service. Your team did correctly replace the wiper switch but at an outrageously inflated price. The part was nearly twice what I would have paid if I bought it directly from Napa. Also was overcharged on labor which should not have taken more than a half hour to replace. After 8 years of using your service I am tired of getting ripped off. More
The best dealership ever, almost a dozen vehicles later, never disappointed. I recommend it to everybody... From sales to service the team at MetroFord has taken care of me.
