The work got done in a timely manner I received a recall notice for a software issue on my 2917 Escapes. While they were taking care of that problem they noticed that my tires were in I received a recall notice for a software issue on my 2917 Escapes. While they were taking care of that problem they noticed that my tires were in bad shape. The following week I was able to have the worn tires replaced with new ones.
