Insurance suggested (NOT recommended) this shop after my accident. The man at the shop didn't appropriately examine damage to my car in light. Rather, he looked at it in a tight parking space in the dark. accident. The man at the shop didn't appropriately examine damage to my car in light. Rather, he looked at it in a tight parking space in the dark. The man kept trying to talk to my husband instead of me when it was my car and I was the one that spoke to them on the phone prior to drop off. Because the vehicle was not examined in light, some repairs were not completed and some were declared "previous damage." Had he appropriately assessed the vehicle, that would have been evident. I would NOT recommend this shop. More

Took too long in the shop for what was done, I was there 5 hours. Put in request to see why pulls to right when braking. Suggestion was caliper locking up. I expected the process to be much longer due to exceeded repairs needed, but instead it was a lot more quicker. As well the collision advisor, Dave, was more than amazing with giving me updates on the repai repairs needed, but instead it was a lot more quicker. There’s a few imperfections such as the hood alignment with the front bumper, but nothing too much of an ordinary. Just more so an eye sore, that I’ll get over. More

I had one of the best experience at Metro Ford. I have leased several cars in the past but never felt more comfortable, satisfied when leaving Metro. I worked directly with Nicole Bellanger in sales who leased several cars in the past but never felt more comfortable, satisfied when leaving Metro. I worked directly with Nicole Bellanger in sales who is amazing she took her time with me without making me stay there for hours like most dealers plus I got to take my lease home that night!! JT in finance was amazing as well. Great personality and so helpful. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else ever again to buy/lease a car. Thanks Nicole & JT! Also I wanted to add I original spoke with Sara through email and she was fantastic too super responsive and helped me move towards metro to make the deal. More
