We have had our Explorer in your shop 3 times in the last 3 months for the same issue.(air bag light keeps coming on for a few days and then goes back off. The last time the shop had our vehicle (2 weeks ago 3 months for the same issue.(air bag light keeps coming on for a few days and then goes back off. The last time the shop had our vehicle (2 weeks ago) they had it for 10 days. We do get a loaner but it's a small car and I have a messed up back and it's tough to get in and out of. I'm sure the service dept are doing their best but it's really inconvenient for us and don't trust driving it. Also we have a $100 deductible ea time using our extended warranty and that is adding up More

Our Sales Rep, Anthony DeFabio was very knowledgeable and helpful with our lease. One issue is that our leased vehicle didn't come with a spare tire and we had to buy one from Ford.
