I came in on 10/20/21 & met with Tyler for estimate on fixing rust on bottom of drivers door. He took pictures of outside & inside of door. I brought it in on 10/25 & picked it up on 10/27. upon pickup, fixing rust on bottom of drivers door. He took pictures of outside & inside of door. I brought it in on 10/25 & picked it up on 10/27. upon pickup, Gary said to me that "they cleaned it up for me". I had just had it detailed @ The Shop in Rotterdam on 9/24 & had no scratches on drivers door. When I picked up the car I noticed scratches on outside of door that were not there when I dropped it off. I waited for your survey to report these scratches and want to bring the car back to you. I have no problem with the rest repair, it's what was done to the outside of the door. I have taken pictures & Tyler also has pictures prior to the work being done. I'm sure that Gary also had seen the scratches. You couldn't miss them when you walked up to the car. Just ask Tyler what condition my car was in. I will attach pictures if its an option. More
