I misunderstood when my appointment date was. I came 3weeks early. I thought I schedule the maintenance services the day I was traveling back to FL. Well come to find out I was wrong but had no other pl 3weeks early. I thought I schedule the maintenance services the day I was traveling back to FL. Well come to find out I was wrong but had no other place to go back with my two kids 5 and younger. I was willing to wait the two or more hour due to lack of employees and not having the right appointment. The gentleman that was helping me was so nice and considerate didn’t make me feel I was imposing at all I just might have to wait a long time. Also made a comment that he could tell them I have little kids. Well 45 minutes later my vehicle is ready. I wish I could remember there names who helped us but it meant the world to me when they went above and beyond for us. Everyone that I in countered was so nice. Thank you for the bottom of my heart. Came in to get my window repaired due to a break in. I found the customer service to be friendly, and the work was completed in a timely manner. My car was returned cleaned and vacuumed.
