I needed wiper blades in an emergency at 16:45 on Tuesday. I called service and spoke to Matt and said I will be right over and I asked can someone install them he said sure if you come over now I wi Tuesday. I called service and spoke to Matt and said I will be right over and I asked can someone install them he said sure if you come over now I will help. I leave very near. Got there in five minutes pulled into the bay went to pay for blades and Matt went out to install them along with another tech one on each side and I was out in 15 minutes. It was excellent customer service. I know that would not happen any where else. I appreciate Matt and the other tech extra much. The visit was excellently handled. More

AJ was incredible through the process of ordering my 2021 Bronco. He answered any and every question I had and was unbelievably personable. Having never ordered a new car, I was nervous, but AJ couldn’t have Bronco. He answered any and every question I had and was unbelievably personable. Having never ordered a new car, I was nervous, but AJ couldn’t have made it any simpler. He took care of every little step down to downloading and setting up the app on my phone at the end. Because of how great he was, my dad wound up ordering a truck from him as well. Outside of AJ, everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. This is my first experience with Ford and would highly recommend anyone considering a Ford to go through Metro. More
