Troy, Jay, and Eric are the dream team at Metro Ford and across Ford dealerships! They deserve praise and a Medal of Honor for how they turned a horrible situation into an amazing experience for my Ford Rap across Ford dealerships! They deserve praise and a Medal of Honor for how they turned a horrible situation into an amazing experience for my Ford Raptor which included black, white, and green mold under the carpet, in the cabin filter, and growing on the intake underneath. I appreciate them going the extra mile especially after my allergy report came back with a 6 out of 6 for all molds. Since having the truck back, my sinuses have cleared up and I have not had any issues moving forward. Truly appreciate them and keeping me up to date and doing the right thing for the customer. I’d hire all of you at Microsoft for our automotive SME team with the level of service you provided. Thank you again A+++++ More
