Tires were not rotated, and I asked them to be rotated, and a very large 2" wide x 3' long scratch in windshield from old, rotted wipers that were originally on the vehicle. This could have been polished out. I had to pay to tow the vehicle to my house because it would have taken up to 2 weeks to have Merchants deliver it. Other than that, I'm very happy with Merchants and especially Richard for helping me out. More
