I've been taking my vehicle to another MBZ dealership for service, solely out of convenience due to the location. To say that I have been less than impressed with them is an understatement. Not a fan of being lied to be a car salesman just to sign for the lease. Edmond lied to me about availability and the cars features on multiple occasions and was excellent at not answering direct questions/d for the lease. He told me individual driving mode is stick shift for my electric car, I knew more than he did and he said hes been working 10 years. Will not be returning to this Mercedes Dealership. Mercedes in Ontario is the place to be. I regret purchasing here. Also, no merch? Except for an occasionally handed out ugly key chain (that doesnt even say Mercedes on it). Im good.
