My salesperson was Edmund, not this guy. The negotiation process, paperwork, purchase process almost took 4 hours going through useless conversations going back and forth. The next day he broke the appointment of returning the rental car. I was waiting at the rental return office and tried to reach him but he starts ignoring calls and texts for about an hour, and instead sent someone else 30 minutes later and made me return my vehicle late. Later he says he was late because he had to deal with a new customer that just came in. Because of his irresponsible behavior I ended up waiting 1 hour at the gas station calling & messaging him and ended up returning my rental car vehicle past due date. More
