I am very happy with John Chow, Service Consultant. He was courteous, polished, refined, pleasent, patient, the way Mercedes Benz service should be, top notch! He also was able to diagnose a problem which previous visits failed to diagnose. The problem was reported soon after purchasing the car, brand new, in August 2022 and never got fixed. I bought the car for my daughter when she turned 17. He is one reason I will consider purchasing another Benz from your dealership and recommend friends and family. Kudos to John Chow! More
I 1st went to another dealership in Arcadia and felt the sales person was condescending and didn’t know much about EV cars. So I decided to contact The Covina Dealership and got the best sales person who is sales person was condescending and didn’t know much about EV cars. So I decided to contact The Covina Dealership and got the best sales person who is knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Roberto Quiroz is the man, he found me exactly what I wanted and help me get the car I wanted on a very good lease program. He walked me through the whole process and following day, I came back, Roberto help walked me through all the question I had on how to work the car. I didn’t feel rush nor stress in getting this absolutely beautiful car. I can’t thank Roberto enough taking me to look at the cars they had on the lot and found my car. Everyone at Covina Dealership was very nice and helpful, so I thank you very much for the stress free day and a beautiful car. More
Finding the car on website and negotiating price was good. It took 3 hours in dealership to finish the cash purchase!!! Suggest: 1. remind buyers to bring drivers license and insurance card; 2. Came in for a vibration issue on my 2023 sprinter passenger van, picked it up 3 days later as they said it was ready and everything was taken care of. Went to pick it up and they lost my keys, had to passenger van, picked it up 3 days later as they said it was ready and everything was taken care of. Went to pick it up and they lost my keys, had to wait over 45min for them to locate the keys. Also left and the vibration is still there. More
