As a Ray Catena client, to make life easier when you visit our Service Center with an appointment, you'll receive a complimentary Mercedes-Benz Courtesy Vehicle. We have a large loaner car fleet to ensure Ray Catena clients still get to drive a Mercedes-Benz. Please contact a Service Coordinator to make the necessary arrangements.
Shoe Shine
Ray Catena Owners can also utilize our Shoe Shine Service in the time-honored tradition of professionals taking a break from their busy schedules to have their shoes cleaned and polished while relaxing in our lounge.

When you're a Ray Catena client, there's no excuse to drive around town in a dirty Mercedes-Benz. Ray Catena clients can get complimentary car washes at any of our New Jersey or New York locations.

Ray Catena clients are welcome to relax in our Guest Lounge, where they can enjoy a cup of coffee, an espresso, or cold beverage. Our lounge also features a business center with high speed Wi-Fi so you can check your email, find out how the market is doing, or just surf the net. Feel like a game of pool? Our lounge also features a regulation sized pool table!

I’ve been to many dealerships in the past months looking to buy a car and RC Mercedes in Union has by far been the best experience. The Union location for Ray Catena ( Mercedes Benz of Union) had the largest inventory available. My wife and I are completely satisfied with her new vehicle. We did purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 GLC 300 that had only 5,221 miles on it. Car is still very much brand new and we saved a lot of money going this route over new. Also, warranty is better than new car warranty- that I don’t understand how they do it but it’s true. Thank you Lenny and Mercedes Benz of Union. More

Their goal is to not have anything covered under the warranty. He tried to convince me a car that's 3 years old with 1 previous owner that leased it used an off market tire sensor🤦🏽♀️ so apparently warranty. Made me sit there for 4 hours claiming they didn't have a courtesy car and the uber service was down. Then proceeded to get an uber for 4 white people and gave out 2 loaners. I was sooo late to work. They are really selling cars, but they are the worse on the service center. It takes 1 month for you to schedule a service and hours to replace a tire. Go to other Mercedes dealers because I always have is the service center. It takes 1 month for you to schedule a service and hours to replace a tire.
