After I purchased my vehicle, they have a delivery specialist who walks you through all the safety features and technology of your vehicle. This was very informative and helpful. They even have free car washes! I just brought my vehicle back today to get it washed, and Chris took a moment of his time to make sure that I was enjoying my new Mercedes.
