I went to Ray Catena because my key fob was not working and I had no spare. I was assigned to a service consultant named Jillian Maloff. This encounter was a bad experience for me as I found Ms. Mallory t and I had no spare. I was assigned to a service consultant named Jillian Maloff. This encounter was a bad experience for me as I found Ms. Mallory to be very short and condescending. Not very pleasant. Now to the dealership over all. I was charged $1,436 for a replacement key after paying to have my car towed to the dealership. When I questioned Ms. Malloff about cost of the key, her attitude exuded frustration and disdain for my concern. None the less my car was there.I proceeded with the replacement, which took 14 days to complete. Upon picking up my car the invoice stated they had to jump start my car as the battery was not holding a charge. My question to her was the alternator was charging the battery when I brought it in here. Her snide answer to me was “I don’t know about “ your alternator the battery is showing high resistance and not holding a charge”. 3weeks ago I had a coil pack replaced by my mechanic shop and there was no indication of a voltage problem when they put it on the analyzer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as they were not honest and reputable, only tried to up sell me and overprice there service. More
