DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! You will be taken, especially if you are a woman. Purchase your car from Audi, BMW or Lexus they will treat you with respect and not via the underhanded way Ray Cantena and Merced if you are a woman. I should have been more astute and realize being a Mercedes-Benz dealer representing a brand that prides itself for on quality and ethics, does not change the unethical ways dealers rip off customers. Background: I went in to the Ray Cantena in Union to look at Hybrid 2020 / 2021 SUV, told none available and none to test drive. Asked to test drive an SUV. I fell for the for the standard unethical antics by Daymond Jean that dealers are known for. Test drove the 2020 SUV and then led to a NEW 2019 GLC43 AMG that was on the lot. I asked why a 2019 was not sold, no answer from Daymond. I bought it because I was led to believe that it had upgraded features for a great price. This was bs, items I were told were in the car are not there and when I raised this to Daymond, 3 WEEKS LATER with less than 500 miles, I was told they would buy the car back for $15,000 LESS confirming that I was taken and they were successful in taking me as a sucker. More
My experience with Daymond Jean was one of the most satisfying. I got in touch with him back in May or June. I needed to buy a car as soon as I got back from my military training. Also, I wanted to settle for a used car because I was hesitant about the bills from a new one. Horrible service. I was overcharged and the work that I took my vehicle in for was never completed and they still expect me to pay, after I already paid for them to check an oil leak. They told me to drive took my vehicle in for was never completed and they still expect me to pay, after I already paid for them to check an oil leak. They told me to drive around for 3 weeks so that they could see where the oil leak was coming from and then they are charging me an additional $516.00 to look again. Every time I visit there is a new service manager. I purchased my other Mercedes from Contemporary Motor Cars and had the same Service rep for the entire 12 years. i will not be purchasing my next vehicle here or have them service it. I will be returning to Contemporary Motor Cars or BMW. More

I typically don’t write reviews but after having such a great experience with Lenny and Vic, I felt like it was necessary. I was shopping for a vehicle online for 3 months before I decided that the new GLB great experience with Lenny and Vic, I felt like it was necessary. I was shopping for a vehicle online for 3 months before I decided that the new GLB had all of the features I was looking for in replacement of my BMW X1. I spoke to Lenny over the phone and he was polite, professional and friendly. When I decided to come in for a test drive, he listened to all of my needs and wants and never pushed me into a car like your typical sales person. Instead, he found me exactly what I wanted. He was up front about the wait that it takes to get the car in, the process and did everything possible to make the numbers work. No hidden fees, no surprises, just an overall great experience. Vic also played a big part in sealing the deal and was understanding towards my needs. I was a little skeptical visiting this location because of the negative reviews but honestly, hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. Great job you guys and thank youuuuuuu! The sales person responsible assigned to deal with me (a lady, her name is Joe)is not existing always "she is away from her desk" or "she didn't come today". They didn't give me a reference to use when I call and every time you call you have to tell the story from the beginning. Some time they put me on hold for more than 40 minutes. The manager of the parts department "Jime" was soo rude. They charged me almost $1200 for one single key. You are handcuffed when your car is not running and you have to tow the car to their shop and you can not make this key anywhere else. I will burn my car before I have to deal with this dealer next time. More
