During the test drive he demystified my anxieties about the new technology so that i would not be overwhelmed by it . He showed me how MB has implemented various choices to accomplish the same action in its cars to meet customers on all levels of technology experience. (I have been driving an 2007 SUV) He certainly rates a 10 on a scale of 1-5 for me!
