Tony Zelaya was a class act. A smooth process all around. I've always admired the Mercedes E63 AMG. It is arguably the highest performing sedan available on the market and now its mine. I was going to wait for the 2017 year to come out however, when I saw the redesign, I felt the 2016 was the better deal for my tastes. Living in NJ, I went to several local Mercedes dealerships and even went to the Manhattan dealership but none of the dealers had any more E63s available in the inventory and the ones available were without any options. I went on autotrader and found the E63, with options I was interested in in Silver Spring. I called the dealership and was connected with Tony. Right away, Tony took the initiative to cut a deal with me that I couldn't refuse. He was extremely expeditious with his service - within a day of calling, a deal was made. As I love to drive, rather than having the car dropped off to me in NJ - I took a train to Maryland from NJ. Tony picked me up at the train station, provided me lunch knowing full well that I would be hungry. Dealing with Pedro Delgado in finance was seamless. After the deal was done, Tony sat with me and showed me many of the features (though I was getting impatient because I just wanted to drive!). He has all the little things already thought of - for example, I brought my EZ pass to drive home - he had velcro strips in his desk to set up my EZ Pass so it didn't slide everywhere. Despite the distance from my home, I will certainly do business again with Tony. He is personable and gets things done quickly. I really appreciate his service, which was second to none. More

I explained to Mark that my daughter and I had to drive across the Bay Bridge and I was fearful I would have a blow out. He did not care. I left the dealership, called roadside and Mercedes of Annapolis came and put my spare on. I am so disappointed in the lack of good customer service. I have never been treated like that in my life. I left a message for Adam, the Service Manager and he did not help the situation. I will contact MBUSA on Monday and send a letter to the owner of the dealership. This was unacceptable behavior. More

As my wife and I scouted out the near-by areas we stopped at the Mercedes Benz Dealership in Silver Springs, MD. We were browsing when we met Tony Zelaya . I dislike buying a car from dealerships, but Tony’s demeanor and approach quickly dispelled my anxiety and we were talking about his favorite topic - cars. I explained our purchase timeline and price point. Despite our late un-announced arrival, Tony sat with my wife and me and answered every question without pressure. As Tony went to grab a cup of coffee for my wife we saw pictures of his family arranged around his desk. I found this to be inviting and it left an impression I would recall one year later. After a year of careful savings and planning we went back to the Mercedes-Benz dealership of Silver Springs, unannounced of course. We immediately found Tony and explained how we were ready to buy our first Mercedes-Benz. Once again, at no time did I feel pressure to make a decision on our purchase. I was up front and explained exactly what I wanted in a car. Let’s just say I got everything I wanted and a whole lot more. The best part is that Tony helped me to stay on budget he also explained each step of the purchasing process and what would happen next. I honestly felt like Tony was my Agent and working hard to represent my needs. When I met the sales manager I thought all the progress I had made was about to be flushed down the toilet but I was wrong. When I went to the finance manager, once again I thought all the progress I had made was going to end, and once again I was wrong. The entire process went exactly as Tony described. I am sure we will continue to enjoy the ride for years to come. What made our experience great was working with Tony Zelaya. First and foremost, he is polite and respectful... in an environment where both the buyer and the seller are trying not to lose money, things can get a little....chippy. However, if one the parties maintain their cool, things turn out to be a lot smoother. Tony is very savvy and understands this well. He is willing to work with his customer, and pretty much do anything that's in his power to help him or her - after several rounds of negotiations, Tony got us a good deal that we felt comfortable with. Leaving the dealership with a new car, we didn't feel swindled. Second, Tony is knowledgeable about the product he's in the business of selling i.e. his cars. He said he "treats this as if it were his own business", which is great because it gives some insight into his commitment. For a customers point of view, it's quite assuring. Dishonest carsalesman I have spent 4 hours in the Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring dealership today and it was horrible. I went in there to buy a 2016 GLE 350. I was putting I have spent 4 hours in the Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring dealership today and it was horrible. I went in there to buy a 2016 GLE 350. I was putting down more than $17K on the purchase. I chose it about a week ago and had the car transferred to this dealer. I had to turn in my lease from Mercedes, which was a 2014 E-Class. Now, I got there at 9:47am this morning. When I walked in I told the gentlemen that I went over my miles and my salesman told me, "don't worry we will work out everything." I remember going to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria and they told me that they usually forgive miles (approximately 5k over lease contract if they can keep you). Well, I was over by almost 12K but buying a brand new truck and going with their finance company even though I could have gotten a better rate with my credit union. I completed all the paper work for my new GLE and I worked out some minor damage regarding the E-Class (scratches, tire had a bubble, etc. for $750). The salesman (Keith) who was dealing with me for the return of my lease shook my hand when we settled on the $750 for minor damages. I was told that I was done with all expenses for my lease car. He specifically said that, "you are done with this car." They agreed to roll my remaining lease payments in my new car payment (a promotion they were running nationwide). I thought I was set, I had my new keys and almost out of the door. Well, I remembered what happened to me in Alexandria (the other Mercedes dealership). They tell you one thing, and then you get a bill in the mail for another. I asked Keith for a copy of my receipt showing that I didn't owe anymore on the lease (E-350) and then he tells me that's not what we agreed to and they would be charging me for the extra miles at the tune of $3K. I was livid...they tried to act like they didn't see the mileage earlier but that's xxxxxxxx because they had the car since 9:47am and they drove it around. Second, they were going to let me believe that we settled on the lease car for $750 and go home and receive a bill (makes me angry just thinking about it). I hate dishonest care dealers and that is exactly what Mercedes has devolved into. I went to them because of luxury. This would have been my third Mercedes in 4 years. And get this, my husband was getting ready to buy the the S50 coupe for $113k. They through all that away for dishonest care dealership practices. Especially, since I walked in saying I went over the miles. Please don't got to this dealership. They are dishonest and not worth your business. If you work hard, and now want to celebrate your success, please don't do it with this dealership. Their practices were just horrendous. I was there for 4 hours and left empty handed. I demanded my money back. They didn't even try to comprise with me and say. We would forgive 5k miles and just pay $1k. Nope, they pulled this when I had the keys of my new GLE and was about to leave. I want to warn others who are in the market for a luxury vehicle. This is not the dealership for you! More

We were referred to Tony Zelaya who we highly recommend—he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Tony really listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle. Others in the dealership were also eager to answer our questions and concerns. We were impressed with their willingness to work with us to make a deal. Tony was able to procure a new vehicle from a dealership from a distant state. Our GLE450 Coupe was delivered in pristine condition and Tony took the time to go over all aspects of the car. In prior years we always purchased our new Mercedes vehicles from another dealership in Virginia and had them serviced there; however, we now realize that we should have gone to see Tony and the Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring dealership sooner—we are so happy with our new 2016 Mercedes Benz :-) More
