The rest is history, I ended up purchasing a car a few days later and sold my truck to Carmax. Johnathan went above and beyond where he picked me up from Carmax after my car was sold so I could drive my car home. He was very patient, flexible and a true example of what 'customer service' means. I would definitely buy from Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring again because of the excellent service I received. More

I am from Oklahoma where Mercedes sales volume is relatively low. I was in Maryland on family business and decided to check out the local Mercedes dealers to see if I could get a good deal on a new M relatively low. I was in Maryland on family business and decided to check out the local Mercedes dealers to see if I could get a good deal on a new Mercedes GL 350 diesel in a higher volume market. I communicated with Pedro Delgado first via email and then by phone, and visited him after I arrived in Maryland in early July. I had pretty specific desires in a new Mercedes, and knowing the diesel GL is in very short supply and high demand, I was pleasantly surprised with Pedro made me an offer on a new vehicle with a very good discount. I didn't have to haggle much at all on the price, he just came up with it right away and we quickly closed the deal. The vehicle was prepared with all the options and in first class condition for delivery. Pedro had to work hard to put this deal together for me and he never became discouraged and never quit. I can tell anyone they will enjoy working with Pedro on a new Mercedes. It was a great experience. More
