Excellent customer service I came to Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring to get my car fixed as it was making terrible sounds. Jai Jennings checked me in and immediately addressed all of my concerns and assured me that I would be well taken care of and my car was in good hands. He did not disappoint! Not only did he make sure a thorough diagnostic was conducted, he went over it with me in detail and provided me with recommendations on the service my car needed. He helped me prioritize what services my car needed as well as the best way to make sure my car was well maintained. He communicated with me on the status of my car through out the day via their text feature which was great and alleviated the stress of me missing his call and any services being delayed because we were playing phone tag (I've experienced this SO many times at other dealerships). He also made sure I had a loaner car to get to work so I didn't have to be in the waiting room ALL day. I can not say enough about the impeccable service I received and continue to receive every time I go to Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring. Excellent Roadside Assistance Darrell from Roadside Assistance was there as he promised. He had the most pleasant and respectful attitude. Since it was a stressful moment for me, it was so good to see someone who was very helpful and encouraging about getting me back on the road. He had to make two trips to get me back on the road but he did it timely and with a smile. He is an exceptional employee and we need more people like him in the world. More
