His professionalism is above reproach.This is my 4th Mercedes that I have purchased at this dealership with Darryl as my sales associate. . Darryl is why I continue to choose this dealership. He is always willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. On this last occasion, (March 29, 2019) my wife and I were just stopping by to look at the selection of cars after we finished grocery shopping. We were interested in purchasing a convertible in the near future. We saw that Darryl was available and expressed to him our intentions. He immediately began searching through the inventory and was able to find exactly what we wanted. He also suggested that we take a look at a new SUV. We test drove both cars and were really pleased with the amenities. Darryl's knowledge of each car made it very easy for us to decide on what we wanted to purchase. There was no pressure to purchase a car from Darryl. He laid out everything and all our questions were answered thoroughly. We came in just window shopping, but decided to purchase both vehicles on that day. We received great deals on both cars. It was an offer we could not refuse I strongly believe without Darryl's expertise and knowledge about each car we would not have purchased both of them. I enjoyed his relaxed mannerism along with his patience while we as a couple were deciding on which route we were going to take. Darryl is Awesome! I came in on Saturday to drive a vehicle they had advertised. The car was ready for the drive and was able to take it soon after I arrived. When I finished I asked a few questions about it and left. For that day there were no discussions on price and no pushy sales tactics. I continued communication with Charles the next day where the discussion turned to price and we were able to make a deal. During the purchase, the information was laid out in front of me and both Charles and Terry were able to effectively articulate answers and alleviate any concerns I had regarding the sale of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership. More

In speaking with Charlie Miller he made sure that everything was clearly explained and he wasn’t the average salesman. He was patient and took time to learn about me and and my family. That is a rare quality as people often forget that sales is more than a transaction it is building relationships. Other than loving the car that Charlie presented I made the purchase because he reassured me that he would be there in the event I had any concerns in the future. In addition he didn’t just pass me of to the Finance department to complete the purchase but he stayed back to thank me for allowing him to serve me.
