Charlie was super nice, professional, and extremely knowledgeable answering all of my questions. So helpful, there was a small ding on the side of the car that needed repaired. I do not live close to the dealership so Charlie set me up to have it repaired closer to home. Before leaving, he went over all of the features again to make sure I had it all down, and even helped with my phone and navigation set up. That little extra is very much appreciated. He was very helpful in answering all the questions that my husband wanted to get, and because of my busy schedule at work, we were not able to make an appointment to look at the car until last Saturday only. When we got there, Charlie showed us the S550 MBZ and immediately worked on getting everything ready when we told him we wanted the car. Things went just so smoothly - and there was no issue of any kind at all. Charlie knew exactly what documents were needed to close the contract, and before we knew it, we were on our way home with our dream car. Since my husband is a car fanatic, we have dealt with a lot of salesmen - not only here in MD, but in some other states as well like VA, CA and NC. We haven't met one like Charlie - who is very pleasant and professional to work with and has a lot of knowledge about his job and people's needs.
