Great customer service I had an appointment to get a recall done on my Smart car and John was so helpful. I asked them to see if they could find the cause of a rattle as wel I had an appointment to get a recall done on my Smart car and John was so helpful. I asked them to see if they could find the cause of a rattle as well and he called with two evident issues that they were able to squeeze in to prevent me having to come back. I appreciated it since I live 5 hours away! More

Meh, which is much less than Iexpect from MB When I checked in, I was waiting for Liz, who had someone in front of her who had an issue and another car that had keys missing (I think, some issue) When I checked in, I was waiting for Liz, who had someone in front of her who had an issue and another car that had keys missing (I think, some issue). There were several other people who certainly appeared to have the same job as Liz, but no one even looked up or acknowledged me, let alone said "Oh, Liz is busy, can I help you?" Seriously, is everyone there //so// specialized? The morning of my appointment, I got 1 email and 2 texts saying m,y appointment had been 'updated', but the time and date were exactly the same. So (1) confusion and (2) overkill on the notifications. Liz said the scheduling system doesn't talk to something else, but (a) it should know the difference between 'confirmation' and 'updated' and (b) //three// messages? two to the same phone? I told Liz my phone lives in the car, so don't bother texting me when the car is ready. I actually had to argue with her to get my cell phone number removed from my information. I could have (maybe should have) lied and said I no longer had it, but seriously, if a customer says don't text my cell phone, it shouldn't be a discussion, let alone a refusal that has to be overcome. Something happened to your customer service about the time your moved from Southcenter to your current place. Or maybe it's my imagination and your staff were always difficult. But really, MB has a reputation, and my last 3 experiences with you have trashed that reputation. Oh, also maybe put a little description on the key tag for people who are waiting, clothing, hair color, glasses - doesn't have to be sexist or racist. One of your people came up to me because he was looking for another asian. Bad form. More

FAST, CURTEOUS, AND EFFICIENT! As always, Mercedes-Benz of Seattle got me in, serviced and out in no time at all. They are very respectful of the fact that I travel down from Anacor As always, Mercedes-Benz of Seattle got me in, serviced and out in no time at all.
