When we arived, the car had been washed and prepped for us. We were given space to check out the car on our own, then we walked in, spoke to the sales consultant, went for a test drive, and purchased the car - not the one we were checking originally, but instead, another that was on the show room floor. There were Maybachs and the top line Benz cars on display. Though we purchased a Smart Car which is at the far end of the low side of the price point scale, we were treated like we were purchasing a Maybach!! Cannot say enough about the service we received, and loved working with our sales consultants Bright Friday and John Barrett. This has truly been the best car buying experience ever! Experience at Merceds Benz of Seattle Overall, all the service advisor are friendly. What disappointment me this time was that when I picked up my car. I asked them to balance my tire pres Overall, all the service advisor are friendly. What disappointment me this time was that when I picked up my car. I asked them to balance my tire pressures according to the recommendation of the owner's manual. I get that it varies on the weather, How warm the tires are, and the temperature on the outside. But, nothing was done. All the tire pressure are around 39-40 psi. According to the owner's manual, all four tires are above the recommended psi. Once I again, I get that it varies on the weather temperature but the car was left in the facility overnight for them to work on the "Electric feedback noise" appointment. The car wasn't turned on and the tires weren't warm up by driving the car. This mess was messed up on an appointment for a car wash. I asked them if they could check the front right and both back tires of the car because I had a tire pressure warning. After I got my car back, the right front tire pressure was 40 psi and the others around 38-40 psi. I came back. I asked them if they can balance all four tire according to the recommendation of the owner's manual. This time, I got my car back. the tire pressure for all four wheels is 39 psi. This is not what the owner's manual recommends for a normal or even the maximum load. At this point, I'm just disappointed. I head back home because I was going to come back for this appointment which is for the electric feedback noise. According to them "all GLC 300 have an Electric Feedback noise". Only some people can hear it. This is where the sad part comes. After I bought the car, they taught me how to use the HOLD function of the car. This is what will eventually produce the electric feedback noise. If I knew about this "Electric Feedback noise" I would have never bought the car. They probably gave up on fixing it because that is how the car made. Quick Note: I have not messed with the tire pressures or anything in or outside of the car. It was in the same setting as I bought the car. Opinion: I agree that their customer service is friendly and excellent. Sometimes there is a little dislike attitude from the people who I first encounter as I drive into the service facility. More

Always excellent service! I have owned several different Mercedes over the past 15 years. I keep coming back to this dealership because of their excellent service team and I ha I have owned several different Mercedes over the past 15 years. I keep coming back to this dealership because of their excellent service team and I have to drive up from Olympia! The waiting area is very comfortable or there is a shuttle to take you just about wherever you would like to go. I have never had to bring my car back because of faulty service work. I have and will continue to highly recommend this dealership because the customer service is 5 star! More
