Service appointment I had a service appointment to fix my windscreen on by 2017 450 SL. It would only go up a couple of inches. It was a most of the day project and I was given a rental car. They got that project done by the end of the day but the upgrading of the computer system took much longer than anticipated. I was informed I would need to pick up my car the next day. The next day they drove my car to my residence which I thought was a very nice touch. I was very impressed with the whole experience. More

Accommodating and Fun! Michael Zheng is awesome! After packing up our 1 yr old to drive 1.5 hours to another dealership that confirmed they were holding the car we wanted, Michael Zheng is awesome! After packing up our 1 yr old to drive 1.5 hours to another dealership that confirmed they were holding the car we wanted, we got a call 10 min before we got there saying they had sold it! I jumped on AutoTrader as we turned around to drive home and saw a listing for the car we were looking for at Mercedes of Seattle. I called and Michael said he would have it ready for us and would take care of us, and did he! He made the test drive fun and even though I had come in a bit cranky from the bad start to the morning, Michael's friendly and honest interaction, turned our day around! He knew we had a baby that would not be patient for long and quickly made our trade and desired monthly payments work! He promised he'd make it work. I was skeptical but he delivered on his promise and we will definitely be buying all our future vehicles from him and would recommend all of our friends and family to do the same. Took it to a collision repair shop recommended by my insurance company, repair price Passenger side mirror was broken in parking lot by another car. Then took it to Mercedes Benz of Seattle and they fixed it while I waited in about an hour--$169!!!!!!!!! I love these guys!! More
