Updated: Resolved some of the issues. Update: Michael from sales tried to make amends. Experience was good during last visit. Purchased a used car almost brand new, 2800 miles.. 1. Sales deal completed in night, did not observe a rock chip in glass since car was cleaned after the payment was made. Loaner vehicle. Asked about about this aspect of vehicle history (what was it used for) and this was not disclosed. Did see car fax. Vehicle did not look detailed when I purchased. 2. Salesman did not fill air in tyre and had to fill it myself after purchase. 3. Informed dealer about rock chip and pair chip, 3 days within purchase. 4. Salesperson forgot about paint chip during rock chip service and asked to make another long trip. Very unhappy. Bad service and happy with repair done on rock chip. Reporting to bbb and will be reviewing on yelp soon. More

He was not pleasant while he was dropping me off in the morning, he started to drive when my door wasn't even shut, no greeting and not friendly. When he picked me up that afternoon he was even worse. My pick up time was scheduled for 4pm. He called me 3:45pm asking if Cherry St was right after Yesler, I told him it two blocks away. He argued that it wasn't, and just said fine and hung up. He then called me about 5mins later saying that he was outside. I told him that I would be out asap. He replied "yeah" and hung up. When I got in the car about 3:52pm the first thing he started to mumble that if off work at 4pm. And then started to talk about where Yesler street was, at that point I had not intention of speaking to him further. I said nothing. As we were arriving to the dealership, the driver got a call from a "friend" asking if his shift was over and etc etc. He stopped the car and i walked out. "Have a nice day" might have been appropriate. On the other hard, Stori who assisted me was FANTASTIC! She was very polite, friendly and informative.
