The buying process went well for the most part. Before purchasing the car I was promised by Geo it would be detailed (Cut & Buff, not just a wash & wax) which was included in the contract and was s Before purchasing the car I was promised by Geo it would be detailed (Cut & Buff, not just a wash & wax) which was included in the contract and was supposed be scheduled within a week of purchasing. 4 months later after calling and emailing several times for months & talking to other people about it I still have not heard from Geo. I eventually talked to Scott who apologized & just tried to make excuses, but there are none. I got the detail scheduled I specifically asked again if they were going to Buff it not just wash & wax (Because I can do that myself) I was assured it would be. When I picked up the car I asked if they could tell me exactly what was done to it (knowing already what they did) but nobody could tell me anything not even where it was done at because they don't detail at the dealer anymore, so I just took the keys and walked out. The car looks absolutely horrible it was not buffed at all they just wash, waxed, and vacuumed it. There are fine scratches all over the entire car that would've easily came out if it was actually cut and buffed. I know how working in customer service can be so I always try to be nice and understanding and give them the benefit of the doubt but there is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior. I have talked to so many different people including managers Everyone is completely unprofessional Nobody wants to deal with or take accountability for anything. This has been the worst experience I've even had buying a car. More
Using the word ”service” is a stretch with this dealership. Poor communication, no answers , ignored texts and calls, no loaner - I am on a list. Very poor service in the service department. My SUV was left absolutely filthy inside upon pickup and my issue was still not rectified. I wasn't even get up-to-date over the 2 and a half weeks that they had my auto. Very annoyed with the whole experience. Management seems very poor there. I've heard employees arguing with each other. The poor service advisors are overbooked and appear to be hating their jobs. I know one service advisor that I used to work with quit because she told me that it's an absolute nightmare there and that her boss doesn't know how to do his job right. I won't be going back to this dealership ever again. More

Manager was nice but salesperson was fairly new and it was a lot of work on my end to make the deal and after h literally told Me that if I came Up in person they would take me more seriously I did drive up rom Tacoma. The Car I bought was a 2018 BMW M4 convertible and I spent a lot of money on this plus all the warranties. They had never detailed the car and got a Due bill from them for a Complete Detail that was to be performed Later. I scheduled the appointment and confirmed it. Then I started getting Ted’s and emails for a Different time. I responded to both email and text and nobody responds. I take the car up at approx 9 AM and I check in and they tell me I do not have an appointment. Then they tell Me 2 Of 5 people In the detail department did not come in so they are going to take longer. The service writer promises to update me Because probably they were supposed to have the car 3-4 Hrs and I had afternoon appointments. No update and does not follow up. I go back Over and explain again. No Update and nothin again. So I give up and Uber to my two appointments. At 4:30 They call me And say the car Is ready. I go to get the car and they didn’t detail it. Wash and vacuum only. Really ??? I wait all day for this? Then the Service writer try’s to tell me the car “is detailed” lol like I don’t know what I’m Talking about. I explain I spent 2 years as a young man detailing cars I really do know the difference and he then tells Me really He doesn’t!! He just tried To convince me it was done!!! I then go find the sales manager by now I’m seriously Irritated. They promise to make i right. He had to go to his upper management to get it approved. That was June 9th. Hey were supposed To send me $300 so I can get the car detailed Locally ( am I agreed to be one with them but I know it will cost more than that! ) so I don’t have to go back to Seattle again and wait all day. He said I would receive a check in two weeks. No check. No call and no follow up again. It’s July2nd Meanwhile I’m NOT enjoying the body odor of the last owner and spraying deodorizer. Now I got My license tabs and they did not tend me the difference I AM FED UP AND I EXPECT MORE WHEN YOU GO TO A HIGH END DEALERSHIP THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE. I HAVE TO GIVE CREDIT ON ONE THING-THE FINANCE GUY WAS GREAT AND THE ONLY ONE WHO ID EVERYTHING HE SAID AND HE FOLLOWED UP. THUS IS WHY THEY GET 2 stars OTHERWISE I WOULD BE ONE. More
They offered a mobile repair service (their offer) to accommodate the brake booster recall. The time and date were set and confirmed in writing. They gave a 4 hour window, and IMO, that's not great, but accommodate the brake booster recall. The time and date were set and confirmed in writing. They gave a 4 hour window, and IMO, that's not great, but OK. The time came and went. NO CALL, NO TXT, NO contact. I called Dennis H., left messages, sent texts. No response, no return calls. A full day wasted. I originally complemented them on an innovative program, but if it doesn't work, they should be held accountable for the failure. And this is a full-blown failure of customer service. More

Took it back after the repairs didnt take and a wheel sensor failed. All warranty work, but they let my vehicle sit for over a week and nothing done. Tried to tell me they couldn't do anything to it because of aftermarket upgrades. Its sprinter motorhome built by a Mercedes authorized builder. I picked the van up and drove it home after they didnt even call me after a week. It died near a rest area where I caught an uber to get the needed failed wheel sensor. Fixed it myself and got it home. Checked my on board camera and there was no footage of one person even attempting to repair it, but they wanted to charge me 400 dollars anyway. I will be filing a complaint and trying to get my money back for a warranty part. Im not impressed with this place. They are all show and no go. More
