My Mercedes was vandalized and sent to the dealership for repair. My insurance company was less than helpful. This dealership went out of their way to contact my insurance (more than once) company send pictu repair. My insurance company was less than helpful. They were always kind and understanding and very professional to me throughout the over 2 months it took to deal with my insurance company. They stood up for me when the insurance company said they would not pay for Mercedes parts. I would most definitely recommend the parts and service department.
