Try another dealership or car before approaching them. I was given false information by employees and my issues was later left unresolved after the management couldn’t figure out how to respond now. I was just transferred from department to department without any answer. I’ve manage customer experience teams before and working with this dealership is the worst. It is better to 2/3k more on a car at another place than work with Swickard group employees. More

Short review: The mechanics are not that experienced. They are fine for routine maintenance, but don't bring your call here if you have an electrical, sensor or tricky issue. Mercedes of Lynnwood is the They are fine for routine maintenance, but don't bring your call here if you have an electrical, sensor or tricky issue. Mercedes of Lynnwood is the better option for repairs. Longer review: My car had a sensor issue that made it so that anti-lock brakes, lane change assist, collision avoidance and other features were not working. I spent ~$500 to get a diagnosis that was not accurate. The told me that they would need to take out all the seats, remove the carpet and pull up the floor boards to fix a break in my wiring. The cost $5,000. I did not think they had diagnosed it correctly and let them know that i had little confidence in their service team. I later took the car to Mercedes of Lynnwood, which I heard had much better mechanics. Their mechanics found the problem quickly and fixed the issue, total cost was $700. Also, the Mercedes of Seattle service advisor told me it would cost $300 to diagnose the issue. I assumed that was the total cost to diagnose the issue. He called me later that day to tell me, that they used up the 1-hour allotment for diagnosis and it would cost an additional $300 per hour to figure out the problem. I wish the advisor would have told me upfront that diagnosis is an hourly rate not a one time fee. I'm happy to pay for service, but would like to know upfront what the real cost is. More
Bill B. in the service dept. is a pleasure to work with. He communicated throughout the process, gave me options and explaining things thoroughly. He is so good that he has redeemed the dealer from previously dodgy services experiences. Well done, Bill! More
We just bought our second vehicle from MB Seattle, and the process was smooth. They were very helpful, and gave us a fair value on our trade-in after minimal negotiations. We've had our original serviced the process was smooth. They were very helpful, and gave us a fair value on our trade-in after minimal negotiations. We've had our original serviced there (2019 CLA250) since purchase, and have appreciated their professional, courteous service. Prior to buying again, I compared their prices (knowing Seattle can be 'overpriced' compared to other places). I was surprised to see that MB Seattle prices were not only competitive, but often slightly better than other MB dealerships (looking at certified pre-owned inventory). No qualms about highly recommending this dealership for both purchase and service. More
Be wary of working with floor manager Lenny Lesser! - 6 PM test drive appointment, walked in and still waited about 30 mins for the car to be pulled out. This is on a Wednesday evening, not more than one other customer in store so I don't know what sales was up to. Had to wait flag someone down initially as well after standing in the store for 10 mins. - Asked to do a hard credit pull before doing a test drive. Car in question is a 2016 Porsche GT4 with 14k miles on it. I told Lenny I drove my $70k BMW M3 to the store. If it was a brand new G wagon or any other AMG I would understand the credit check requirement. Not on a 7 year old GT Porsche with 14k miles. Bottomline, I don't appreciate being profiled with the insinuation that I might not be able to afford the car. Most buyers looking for a GT Porsche are hard-core car guys and know what they want if everything checks out. I expect this kind of treatment at a buy here pay here lot, not from a well known reputed auto group like Swickard's. Oh fwiw, the store management received an email from Joe Swickard to address this and not a single peep from them. GM is sleeping at the wheel of this dealership so use your best judgement when working with them. More

Sat here for hours - they kept negotiating and wasting our time. Also do not trust them even after you have negotiated the final price. The slyly put in an extra $1000 on our bill without informing us. Luckily we caught it (much later) but if we would have trusted them then we would be paying an extra $1K for no reason after we clearly mentioned we did not need any extras. Stay away from this dealership. Over all experience was very poor for what should have been a really good experience buying our car. More
Spent 5 hours with a very young guy called Arrington. I wanted to be patient to help the guy who was clearly unexperienced. After 5 hours of test-driving, negotiating (and they also tested the Mercedes I was leaving) he came to me and said “these are your keys, congratulations“. His boss came minutes later to say the car couldn’t be sold as it had just been sold to somebody in Oregon. Well - what a pity for that Oregon buyer as they are still taking his cars for test drives. Leave alone the waste of time, I can’t tell you how angry and disappointed this made me. I contacted MB USA and Germany HQ to share my experience and how nobody could help me in any way. More
