I came to Phil Smart looking to replace my expiring lease car. Over the next couple of days, Jimmy and Alan spent time understanding my criteria, interests and how I would be using a car over the next few ye car. After some initial recommendations, Alan and I spent nearly half a day test driving different cars as I started to narrow down my choices. On one test drive we were actually hit by another car while we sat at a stop light. I was particularly impressed by Alan's cool handling of the situation, and the respectful way he dealt with the other driver. Alan really put me at ease, and presented me with every option I asked for, while not putting any pressure on me make one choice over another.
