Liz Davis is the backbone of that service department she is thorough she is fair but most of all she is kind and makes every customer feel like they are the only customer that service department has. I went on a busy Saturday where I could’ve fell like just the number, she kept me informed of the progress, she kept me informed of the price, and she kept me informed of the time. She came in under for price and time and exceeded my expectations far more then any other service department has. Liz Davis makes me want to be a Mercedes owner for life. More

Fast, friendly, and efficient service Service sign in went quickly, although I had to remind the service advisor that I had prepaid maintenance after he quoted me a $950 charge. Loaner car check-in/check-out process was good, and loaner car was great. My only real complaint was that the wash job on my car was poor. The wheels were still very dirty, and the interior dashboard was not dusted nor were the interior windows cleaned. More
Recall service appointment The appointment was for 10 am. Got there at 9:45. The service folks took the car told me it would be an hour and a half. They offered a ride to work b The appointment was for 10 am. Got there at 9:45. The service folks took the car told me it would be an hour and a half. They offered a ride to work but I had a ride. The young lady was very iLife and said she would text me when it was done. I told her that I would be back at 1:30. The car was trady in about an hour. Car was waiting for me when I arrived at 2:15, washed and vacuumed inside. Was a great and pleasant experience. More
Above and betond what was requested/expected I took my GL in to have the airbag replaced. Brian asked if anything else needed to be checked. I said probably not but he ran a diagnostic and it c I took my GL in to have the airbag replaced. Brian asked if anything else needed to be checked. I said probably not but he ran a diagnostic and it came back showing that the couple coils need to be replaced with regards to the spark plugs. I’m glad he did that because it solve that issue and then save me time from having to come back for in the future. In addition to that, he had set up a loaner service car even though I hadn’t requested one. That made my life infinitely easier than having to take a shuttle or other transportation from the dealership. This is about the fifth time Brian is gone the extra mile More
