We are new to Mercedes and have used two dealerships (one to buy) and both for service. The communication is not where it should be and every time we bring our car in for something the item they fix is rando to buy) and both for service. The communication is not where it should be and every time we bring our car in for something the item they fix is random. Not impressed with the car either right now. Looks really nice but is a glitchy mess. I would work on customer service skills across the board. The most friendly employee we encountered was the young man who takes your keys and assist with a late drop off. The customer with the Gwagon was treated totally different than I was. Is my GLC a lower tier in the service standards? More
