Simple problem unresolved and a 450.0 service bil. The problem of stiff door locks and door opening release actuation was not repaired but delivered as repaired. The side door did not function after the cable was replaced and the interior panels of the side Andre rear doors were not replaced! More

Excellent customer service. I walked into the Rocklin Mercedes dealership to view the Mercedes model I was interested in. I came back and test drove the CLA250 and fell in love w I walked into the Rocklin Mercedes dealership to view the Mercedes model I was interested in. I came back and test drove the CLA250 and fell in love with it. I came back a third time to test drive the CLA250 again with my husband and we purchased the car that night. From my first visit to my third visit, Brian Jackson at Rocklin Mercedes was fabulous. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions and gave us insight into the different models regarding our needs and expectations. In addition, he even stayed after hours to make sure that everything went smoothly with our purchase and to answer any further questions we had. Since our purchase two days ago, everyone at Rocklin Mercedes has gone above and beyond to answer any questions, to set up the necessary appointments regarding a new purchase, and to just make sure we are completely satisfied.
