I had a little over 4,600 Rocklin Mercedes-Benz – I’ll give them an A rating for honesty and integrity. Took my 2012 Cabriolet in for the “A” service. I had a little over 4,600 miles since the last service a year ago. I know the “A” is every other year service and I was wondering if I was going to get charged for the full service even though I only had driven a minimum amount of miles since the “B” service. I sat down with Greg Burnett and appreciated him going over all the vehicle service requirements and making suggestions about what was really needed. He didn’t try to up-sell unneeded services and suggested only that service which was necessary, a considerable savings.
