My service representative was Greg and he greeted me in a very friendly manner and was concern about my repair and service needs. He pleasantly informed me that the repair was covered by warranty and there were no out of pocket costs :) The customer waiting area has plenty of room and outstanding Wifi service for their customer needs. The coffee was great!! I would recommend this dealer to all of my friends. Keep up the good work!! More

Overall a great experince I have had my GL450 serviced in Rocklin several times and overall it has been a great experience. There is only one negative that I can speak to. I had service done oil change...etc. then I went to a full service fill station that pumps your gas for you, and they showed me that I was a full quart low. I had to check it for myself to believe it, but it was actually a quart low. Beyond that one issue all has been great. They always are accommodating and provide a loaner vehicle when needed. They are friendly and easy to deal with. Wayne is a nice guy who is very helpful and prompt at updating you on status of repairs. More

We offered a drive within 10 minutes of arriving and the salesperson was fantastic. I gave him a expected time of 30 to 45 minutes to arrive at a deal or we would need to leave. We were asked to stay but I said we would contact them first thing in the morning. They agreed a little begrudgingly at first but then they understood our situation and let us go home. At 10:30 the next morning I had an upbeat conversation with the salesperson and he sold me on the service at MB of Rocklin. Needless to say within 90 minutes I became a new owner of a beautiful Mercedes Benz. So fa, so good and I hope to have a long successful relationship with this dealer. More
Nice customer service!! I purchased a used Mercedes ML 350, it was a fair deal and the car seemed to be in good condition inside and mechanically....Unfortunately ,a little a I purchased a used Mercedes ML 350, it was a fair deal and the car seemed to be in good condition inside and mechanically....Unfortunately ,a little after purchasing my car we had a problem with it not starting sometimes...I took the car to the service dept. I explained the issue and they were very happy to try and figure out the problem. They gave me a complimentary car while they had mine , which they didn't charge me. John was really nice and assured me that they would find and resolve the mechanical issue. Well, it took a few times bringing the car back because the car wouldn't fail while they had it. FINALLY IT DID!! John and Michael were so great!! they found and fixed my car issue:) I really appreciated how respectful, and diligent they were to find and resolve the issue. I would recommend to anyone to deal with John and Michael in the service dept. at Mercedes of Rocklin. Very Happy customer thanks JOHN AND MICHAEL. More

Love these guys!! I have Greg in service he is sweet but straight forward. Rocklin Mercedes Benz. My car has an engine knocking issue. I have been in a few times (of course every time it does NOT make the noise)! Finally after 3-4 recordings I left it with them again and it made the KNOCKING noise!! Wow no worries they fixed my car 3-4 day earlier then I was told it would take!! Wow, I know I was a pain ( since it took 4 or so times). I am glad the mechanics on the last two trips ( I wish I knew their names) where the best ever!!!! They stood outside and talked with me, tried to educate and explain to me what was done. Answering all my questions. Even tho I am clueless, it was so nice that they did not just roll there eyes and blow me off! Instead, helped with a smile. PRICELESS in my opinion. The "Closer" was very off putting. he was haggling over $320.00 found that very frustrating. he was condescending and profiled us as bad credit. We walked in with our work clothing on we are ranchers so you can imagine. That was very interesting. Almost walked out twice within 15 minutes. We did end up purchasing the vehicle a ML350. The woman that processed the paperwork was excellent! Had our C class to trade in we felt we received a fair price for trade in. A little confusion on what we would drive home because the vehicle we purchased needed detailed and serviced a 2014. That was on Friday this is Monday and still have not herd when we can pick it up. We were given a loaner to use. Overall it was a average experience only because of the "Closer" person. More

I cant leave out Randy he was the first fiance person I've encountered with such a great sense of humor, he was sociable, knowledgeable about the product he was introducing and I didn't feel rushed to sign my documents.
