Deeper examination I had a intermittent electrical problem. The solution was not obvious and required deeper testing. Ultimately the solution was discovered . mislead I was quoted a price for my new vehicle (123k ..AMG GTS) and was charged 5k more when I went to pay it off....I didn't look at the contract upon signi I was quoted a price for my new vehicle (123k ..AMG GTS) and was charged 5k more when I went to pay it off....I didn't look at the contract upon signing it...we had just completed the negotiation and i took it for granted it would be consistent.Upon realizing this at the time of paying it off, I went to the dealership and spoke to the salesperson(Randy) and he seemed to have forgotten our conversation. So he went to the Manager, and he forgot the conversation too. My two friends came with me on the day I bought it. I told them of the deal we made. They both remembered the terms....123k.. I also remember the back and forth...asking price...134k I said...120k..Randy, the salesman said...well thats 14k below asking price i said ...I realize that he said...let me speak to the manager.. He came out and said, we have a deal. plus tax and license.. total: 135k Andrew, the finance manager, said he remembered a total of 135k. After all of this, no one has contacted me to fix this. I have had Mercedes my whole adult life. I cant believe they just let this go. Steve Sax More
