Wonderful as always! The leather on my driver's seat was ripping. I'm the only driver and my car is 4 years old. From other MB's I've owned in the past I knew this was n The leather on my driver's seat was ripping. I'm the only driver and my car is 4 years old. From other MB's I've owned in the past I knew this was not right. My service manager not only contacted MB but got me the car in a few hours with a new seat curtesy of MB. I truly drive a Mercedes because the company stands solidly behind every part of their car. I've had them replace things on my last MB that no other car company on earth would have replaced on a car "out of warranty" I've driven nothing but Mercedes for 20 years and plan to drive them for the next 20 years too! More

Routine service performed satisfactory. Find replacement of passenger side vanity mirror too expensive for a dislocated flap. They were are friendly, well groomed, and eager to correct the problems I was there presenting before them The service people were absolutely great. Although I consider their attitude to be 5 stars but the quality of work performed on my new vehicle was less than I would have expect from Mercedes Benz. To be fair to the service people, I am somewhat of a perfectionist. Overall I would definitely recommend their service department to my most closest friends and family members and coming from me that is great. More
