Professionalism and Personalism I was strongly considering using a car delivery service to negotiate on my behalf and deliver a car. I even had gone over numbers with a broker but had such a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Rocklin that I ended up getting a beautiful c300 off the showroom floor. The sales process went smooth, and felt hassle free. Shoutout to Randy Shomon for being an absolute pleasure to work with. The follow up and customer service AFTER the purchase has been the best part of working with the team here. Went to the service department for a Tint job yesterday, and am INCREDIBLY happy with the result but even more so with the customer service provided by John Nishita who's professionalism and personalism was second to none. I'd definitely recommend working directly with John if you can! All and all the team here at MB of Rocklin is outstanding. Keep up the great customer service! More

so so service from sales. They made some mistake during the contract. From the sales man to the contract. So then after I thought I was all set with the cost it went up in pri They made some mistake during the contract. From the sales man to the contract. So then after I thought I was all set with the cost it went up in price. They messed up the payout on the trade in. I almost backed out but they got me the extended service for cost. Still thought about backing out but we were so far in. Then the sales man said it was equipped with push button start. The next day when I went to get it installed we found out it did not have it. I was kind of bummed out. It sounds like a nice thing. Also when I got the cat home I found that the lumbar seats did not work, So now I need to take the time to take it in for service. I am waiting to get a call from Alex to make a appointment. I have not heard from him yet. as of Tue 3:45. I will give it a bit of time. Also I never got a business card from Alex so when i got home I had forgot his name. More
