My recent service Took our 2012 350 GLK in for major 42,000 mile service. The service manager called me in a couple of hours informing me that we needed four new tires Took our 2012 350 GLK in for major 42,000 mile service. The service manager called me in a couple of hours informing me that we needed four new tires as well as front disk brake rotors and pads. He gave me a choice of three tire brands, with costs, advantages and disadvantages of each. The car was held overnight as the tires were not in stock until the next day. The next day I was called to inform me the car was ready for pick up. I found the car washed and cleaned inside and out. People were very pleasant I was happy with the service and the fact that it was ready exactly when promised. I was offered a loaner car but I had no need for this. The car runs like a new vehicle now. More
