My only complaint over the years is that there is a tendency to oversell some of the recommended services. An example would be to schedule service B on my GL and to later find out that the brake fluid was also changed. Full disclosure up front is very important. More

I drive all the way from Elk Grove to get my car serviced because of the excellent service they provide to me. I have been to other Mercedes locations to get my service and it is not nearly as close as to the service I get out in Rocklin. They are very helpful, consistent and honest.
