James made sure that I get the vehicle I wanted in terms of the exterior color and interior features. He did not have vehicle of my choice available so he traded the vehicle of my choice from some other dealership which was amazing! He did not pressurize me to buy the vehicle that he had already at his dealership. On the other hand, I also was looking for BMW X5, went to the local BMW dealership as well. They did not have the vehicle of my choice so they presented me another vehicle which would cost me $10K more and they were literally forcing me to buy that vehicle so they could make a sale.
