By far the worst dealership I've ever experienced I came in to test drive a Mercedes SUV and the dealer tried to pressure me into the vehicle. I wasn't interested and knew my credit wouldn't allow me I came in to test drive a Mercedes SUV and the dealer tried to pressure me into the vehicle. I wasn't interested and knew my credit wouldn't allow me to afford the payments. He tried to convince me every which way to run it anyway assuring me it would work. He had me sit around for almost an hour and every time I explained anything he would leave and come back and ask the same question as if I hadn't already told him at least once already. I finally just left. He promised to try to see if he could work a deal and call to let me know if it was possible. I wasn't hopeful but open to possibility. He called and told me he was going to work a deal without running my credit and get back to me and never did. The next thing I know a week later I get a call from the dealership asking for feedback on the service I received. I told him how displeased I was and I told him every detail about my situation and what my credit score was. I told him I was looking to get into a large SUV and he said to let him see what he could do and that he'd call back. Calls back 2 minutes later saying he had the car of my dreams in stock. He gave me no details about it but told me it would be in in an hour. I waited and hour and headed in. The car didn't show up for almost an hour after I got there. They originally lied and said September was a month they give more for trade ins yet gave me the lowest number any other dealer ever offered and the car they were selling was $10k over Kelly Blue Book. He said he thought he could make a deal so I finally caved and let him run my credit. Then tells me they won't cave on the price at all and I'd have to give a huge down payment and my payments would be almost double what I said my max was and I'd have to pay out the ying yang on a downpayment. Biggest waste of my time. They are nothing but liars. I will never buy a car or step foot on that lot again. I can't believe they are in business treating customers the way they do. More

This was discussed with our salesman James Reemts who said he would take care of it and call us. Not hearing after two weeks I called him and he said he would check on it "right away" I waited a few days and several times over the next 10 days and left messages with no response. I finally called Colby who said he would notify James. Again no call back. Three days later I called Parts who said they had no record but would check.They called back from Eldorado Hills and said the key would be in Rocklin the next Wed. I called Rocklin Parts on Wed to see about the order.Again no record found. I finally got James on the phone who said he would look into it again. He called back and said they needed a copy of the registration or the title which I faxed in early Sept. I called Parts a few days later and said they were waiting on a copy of my drivers license which I faxed immediately. Parts called back advising the key would be ready for programming on Sept 14. All together it took 8 weeks to do something that should not have happened in the first place. I think parts did a good job but sales did not know how to solve the problem and was not responsive to my calls or followup. More

I called dealership 3 days later to ask if they would at least look at it for me. Spoke with sales manager (forgot his name, possibly Jeff) and he related to me that he checked with service and they advised him brake pads were within specs when they checked out the vehicle. I asked him if they would at least look at it. He actually told me that if they look at the vehicle, they'll have to charge me! I was floored when I heard this. I ended up buying new rotors and pads and replaced them myself. . I could not believe I was treated like that from such a reputable dealership. I'm sure you know my feelings about this dealership after this experience. More
Still waiting to be completed after 3 attempts I leased my CLA 250 from Rocklin Mercedes in October of 2013, I have had several maintenance visits with not many issues, until now. I love my car and decided to buy out the lease in July of 2016, my spoiler was starting to come off so during the purchase process it was to be fixed. When I picked up my car the sales agent informed me that a "part" had to be ordered and I would be called when it came in to make an appointment to have it fixed. I was called within a week and made my appointment....... Upon arriving for my appointment I was told that because I was under warranty a whole new spoiler needed to be put on the car and not just new adhesive which is the "part" that was ordered. So that appointment it didn't get fixed and a spoiler was ordered which I was told would take a couple days to come in and I would again be called for an appointment. Over two weeks later, I called them, they informed me that the spoiler was there and I made my appointment for a Saturday reviewing my plan that I was going to drop it off on Friday evening and pick up on Monday (Labor Day) I was told that would be fine. When I dropped my car off on Friday evening I was then made aware that the service center would be closed Monday and could get it Sunday or Tuesday. I made these special arrangements because I was going out of town so Tuesday morning had to work and be late for work. Saturday I received a text advising that "someone" had dropped the ball and the spoiler wasn't even painted, they would still need to send it out for paint and make yet another appointment to have it installed. Because I was already out of town the car sat there not getting anything done all weekend. On Tuesday morning I arrived at 7:30 to pick my car up and waited almost an hour for it to be brought down. I was then told that I would be called once the spoiler was painted and make yet another appointment however they would come pick my car up and drop it back off. I was finally called on Friday afternoon and made arrangements to have the car picked up on Monday morning at my work and then brought back to me, promised only a couple of hours. Monday morning rolled around and no show, no call.....finally about noon I received a call to confirm the address by this time it was too late because I wouldn't have the car back by the time I got off work....... Now I have another appointment for Wednesday morning to have it picked up, lets see what happens. so far I have had 3 separate appointments, time mileage and gas wasted I am not very pleased and will be taking the car elsewhere for the maintenance now More
