Very sad I'm being ignored by Mercedes. I called made an apt. My service adviser was surprised to see me. But took me anyway. Keep my car 2 days for a simple routine service. Was told my car I called made an apt. My service adviser was surprised to see me. But took me anyway. Keep my car 2 days for a simple routine service. Was told my car would be ready at 5pm. I still ended up waiting 45 min. Because it was being washed. When I received my car it had water spots on the winows. & a button has been lost by Mercedes. I received a follow up call, I explained to the gentleman on the phone all this he told me he would see what he could do & call me back early next week as it was a Thrusday & his day off were the next few days. He never called. I made a call talk & talk to a different gentlemen told him all of this. He told me the samething. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD from anyone from Mercedes of Rocklin in reference to my windows and the water spots & my button that they lost. More
