Captain Battery to the rescue! It was the end of a long day at work, and I needed to rush out to pick up one of my children from dance. The temperature outside was 105! I called MB roadside assistance, who then arranged for the mobile technician to contact me directly. Within an hour, roadside assistance met me at my car, tested and removed the (original) dead battery, and replaced it with a new one. Payment was made car side with their stellar technology and I received both a physical service receipt and another credit card receipt via email. This was first class service and another reason why I'm on my third Mercedes. Job well done folks! More
