Mercedes Benz of Rocklin does a great job I bought a used 2011 GL 550 from MB of Rocklin. I had an air suspension problem after one month fromdate of purchase, turns out this is a normal wear I bought a used 2011 GL 550 from MB of Rocklin. I had an air suspension problem after one month fromdate of purchase, turns out this is a normal wear part and was not covered under the extra service warranty I bought but MB of Rocklin took care of it since I bought the car from them. Also I was promised a second key and they programmed it and I got the key. They stand by there product and take excellent care of there customers. James to the Rescue!! After shopping many different dealerships in our area we decided on a vehicle at a local Mercedes Dealership. Our sales agent was very helpful and new his stuff but the sales manager was not. Most all people do their research online and know the price they want to offer, they also understand how leases work and the money factor on the leases. I almost gave up on Mercedes until James from Rocklin Mercedes heard my story, Not only was he able to meet the price on the 2017 vehicle that we had received from the other dealership, he came up with a much better money rate than had been offered to us! And thats not all... We received the newest 2018 model for the same price as the 2017 model and saved almost 300.00 a month in payments and delivered to our doorstep to boot. Heres to honesty in dealing with the public. I would highly recommend this gentleman for fair and honest dealings, no smoke and mirrors here. More

Service I called Brandon the day before and he scheduled me in the next day. I had and accident and had damaged the rims on the front and back also both tire I called Brandon the day before and he scheduled me in the next day. I had and accident and had damaged the rims on the front and back also both tires were damaged. I knew I had to buy two new rims and two new tires. Brandon accessed the situation and determined they could repair the rims and would only need two new tires. In stead of speending $4,500 my actual cost was $1,300.
