Impressive service I took my car into service at MB Rocklin for a scary jolt that I was experiencing while accelerating. The service guys did not find anything wrong wit I took my car into service at MB Rocklin for a scary jolt that I was experiencing while accelerating. The service guys did not find anything wrong with my car after testing everything that they could think of. I had no choice but to take my car back and pay $180 for the labor that they put into the diagnostics. Then a couple of days later, my car lost its ability to accelerate and I had to "limp" back into MB to get it serviced again. Even though I was in a bad mood bc I knew something was wrong to begin with, the service guys were great every step of the way. They immediately took my car in, gave me a loaner, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. Thankfully my warranty covered the entire expense, and they reimbursed me for the initial $180 that I had paid. They were professional, available, knowledgeable, and kind.
