Pampered from beginning to end Scheduling the appt was a breeze, greeted and accommodated in a timely manner and even talked to the technician who was going to work on my car. The rental car was ready upon arrival thanks to Greg and everything went according to plan. At pick-up my car was already washed and cleaned waiting for me. The service done turned out great and could hardly tell someone had been in my vehicle. Overall a great experience with everyone involved from Greg in service to the GM (Bob). More

2018 Mercedes experience Their help and patience with us has been extraordinary! There are so many buttons/knobs to learn that we’ve been back to the dealership numerous and Their help and patience with us has been extraordinary! There are so many buttons/knobs to learn that we’ve been back to the dealership numerous and they have always been available and ready to help. Furthermore, during the buying process they weren’t pushy/aggressive in making a sale. That is such a nice experience compared to the other car dealerships I’ve dealt with. They even loaned us a really nice Mercedes free of charge for over 10 days while we were getting a bra and spraying done on the car. Yes, I would recommend them whole heartedly and with NO hesitation!! More

Disappointing It took four days for a basic service and to get new tires:.....I was never called and given updates about WHY or even WHEN my car would be ready. The service writer was unwilling to go to bat for me regarding a warranty issue (LAZY). and never went over with me the work that was performed on my car. : (( More
