Very helpful service provider Eric helped us a great deal with our windshield replacement. Very Disappointed in my service! I have lost brand loyalty and trust in the Rocklin Facility. It would be very hard for me trust anything they tell me about my car at this time. I was told and its on my service order that I needed brakes, sensors and rotors and that since they had my car i could just pay $950 and they would be happy to take care of it......WOW--i had my car in because my check engine came on, FOR A SOFTWARE UPGRADE which thankfully i still have the warranty or that would have cost me! I took my car to my mechanic who is a certified mechanic and he assured me I DO NOT NEED BRAKES. I drive my children around everyday to and from a lot of sports and SAFETY is very important to me, hence why i drive a mercedes--as i told several times its the safest car on the street. Im not sure why im even bothering telling my story, but i feel like as a citizen and a straight up good human being its the right thing to do. Im sure most people just pay and carry on, im not one of them, i do my research but my future matters financially. I don't want to personally hurt my service rep, i understand he has a future im just telling my story and i hope it helps create a culture that people will be proud to talk about having their car serviced and purchased at a place that is honest. More
Uncomfortable about dealer's service Wayne Schmid of Mercedes of Rocklin is a nice, reliable service writer but I wasn’t happy how he handled the recent repair on my car that I first brou Wayne Schmid of Mercedes of Rocklin is a nice, reliable service writer but I wasn’t happy how he handled the recent repair on my car that I first brought in on either Jan. 5, or Jan. 12th, 2018 to have the ignition coil fixed that they the diagnosed as why my car was running and idling badly. After my car was done and Wayne was giving me the final paper he said that sometime during when the repair(s) were being done the tech working on my car, broke/damaged my "expansion tank or hose" and that I would have to bring it back in another time for him to replace it BUT I would have to pay for the part(s) his tech broke and he wouldn’t charge me for the labor only which I wasn’t happy about at the time so the tech did a temporary fix to it so I could drive it home and for a short time till I could bring it back to be repaired. What I didn’t appreciate was that Wayne just said the part was old anyway and would break eventually which I didn’t think was a legit excuse to charge for the part(s) to repair it even with the free labor. I brought my car back on Jan. 30th to get the repair done his tech broke and Wayne gave me an estimate of $45 for the part(s) to fix it and it would only take around an hour to fix so I waited in your showroom while it was being repaired. Finally when my "expansion tank” repair was completed Wayne gave me the final bill it which was $120.37 but he adjusted the invoice $24.07 so now the total was $103.28 BUT he never told me the part cost was gonna be $120.37 or got my ok for that amount but originally only gave me any estimate of $45 for the part. So I thought things for this fix were getting worse and worse and just wanted to pay for it and leave right away since it left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me nervous or fear bringing my car back for any more service there. I’ve had this nervousness or fear before especially when any of your other service writers seem to look for every little repair to my car they can or give me a long list of other things they recommend I have done to my car(s) that I didn’t ask their opinion for. I’ve taken my car for repairs at Von Housen before when I first moved to Lincoln from the bay area and they didn’t give me a long lists of recommended (major or minor) repairs but just did what was needed but they did let me know what really may need to be repaired then or eventually plus Von Housen is a lot further out to drive for repairs/service plus Mercedes of Rocklin is only about 15-mins. from away from where I live other wise I would probably take my car to Von Housen. More
My first experience with Mercedes Excellent service from Stas! He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had initially started my Benz experience at another store, Excellent service from Stas! He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had initially started my Benz experience at another store, but decided to come back to MB of Rocklin because of Stas. His friendly demeanor and knowledge were what sold me. I didn't feel pressured at all during my sales experience. I am certain that there will be more Mercedes purchases in the future! More
Poor customer service Whenever we suggested something we didn't particularly like about the car, the person we worked with would grow very impatient and irritated. After we handed over our check, he just couldn't wait to get rid of us. We basically had to chase after him in order to have him answer our questions. You could tell he didn't want to work with customers or care about satisfying their needs. Not to mention, our car didn't have many of the features that we had expected due to his misleading. More

Find personal identifying items of the previous owner during the test drive and again during delivery weeks later. Point out missing parts of the vehicle to the sales employee and have to suggest how they may be acquired from the previous owner. Have to fight to get items that should be automatically included with the vehicle as part of the CPO program included. Contact the Finance department for a week without a reply and once acknowledged never receive the followup. Go for weeks without a followup contact from the dealership as to satisfaction with the buying experience and the vehicle. Be overcharged for sales tax….but mistakes happen. When the refund check is issued it should not have the buyer and someone else, unknown to the buyer, as a payee on the check. Express their dissatisfaction with the process to the dealership management and receive no attempt to understand the concerns for future customers. More

And now I’m traveling the engine was slipping like then when I went to start it it woul only turnover terrible sounding, I will be trying again in an hour to get home I’ll let you know what happened then More
