I had a clucking noise coming from the right front axle in my ML 350, it was a bad strut. He was able to have it replaced with a brand new one for FREE, He always makes my visit as easy and smooth as he can. More

Despite coming from Vacaville, I choose to come to this dealership because of the warm and friendly customer service I have experienced since day one. I have since upgraded my 2011 C300 to a 2015 E400 Coupe, and purchased the car from -you guessed it- Mercedes Benz of Rocklin! My last visit involved getting some warranty work done on my E400, and had dealt with Eric Treibull, who not only answered all of my questions, but taught me a thing or two I didn't know about my E400! So kudos to Eric for the tips and the friendly customer service. Thus far, my experience with MB of Rocklin has been very postive over the years and I know when it comes time to upgrade my current Mercedes-Benz, I would not be surprised if it will come from MB of Rocklin!
